Tender description

HIAL wish to appoint a sole supplier to a contract to supply and deliver runway de-icer fluid and de-icer granules to 10 HIAL Airports at Benbecula, Cambeltown, Dundee, Inverness, Islay, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Sumburgh, Tiree and Wick. The runway de-icer fluid must be minimum 50 % potassium formate content, qualified to SAE AMS 1435 version C or later; and granulated runway de-icing solid must be minimum 97 % granulated sodium acetate or sodium formate and qualified to SAE AMS 1431 version C or later. Supply and deliver runway de-icer fluid and solid granules to 10 of HIAL's Airports at Benbecula, Cambeltown, Dundee, Inverness, Islay, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Sumburgh, Tiree and Wick.
