CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF GRASS CUTTING SERVICES IN BALLINASLOE TOWN AND ESTATES 2021

Tender description

The works shall include the regular cutting, strimming and weed control of identified grass areas in Ballinasloe Town, County Galway during the period 1st March 2021 to 31st October 2021. The contractors’ rates shall include for the preparation of site specific risk assessments, method statements and temporary traffic management plans as required Tenderers should note that this contract is being issued in Four parts Part A - Grass Cutting Services for Public areas in Ballinasloe Town Part B - Grass Cutting Services for Estates in Ballinasloe Town Part C – Additional Herbicide Application in Ballinasloe Town in areas outside of the Grass cutting areas Part A & B as directed by Galway Co. Co. Part D - Pollinator Plan and Biodiversity areas Part B & C are subject to funding allocation which may not occur. Part B & C are therefore to be considered provisional items if and until funding is allocated. Part D – As part of the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan the successful tenderer will create and maintain Meadows in designated areas
