Contract for an Enteral Nutrition Services for the Authorities

The Participating Authorities are seeking to award a contract for an Enteral Feeds service. The service will include the provision of pumps, feeds and ancillaries (including giving sets) to both acute and community sites, as well as associated services. The Participating Authorities are: - University Hospitals North Midlands Trust - North Staffordshire Combined Health Care NHS Trust - Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust - The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust - Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust - NHS Trust Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (to include): o Stoke CCG o North Staffs CCG o Cannock Chase CCG o Stafford and Surrounds CCG o South East Staffordshire and Seisdon o Peninsula CCG o East Staffordshire CCG - Shropshire Healthcare Procurement Services: o Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust o Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic NHS Foundation Trust o Shropshire CCG o Telford and Wrekin CCG o Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this contract are appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this contract, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. You can access any attachments by clicking Buyer Attachments in the PQQ/ITT Details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT.
