Tender description

Consultancy services for the provision of ground transport for major events. To ensure an efficient and safe transport service by advising and helping to facilitate the movement of VIPs, delegations, press and HMG staff around and between venues. To produce a transport strategy and deliver the operational requirements: traffic management plans to minimise impact on vehicle routes; venue transport plans to direct the flow of vehicles and arrival/departures; provide operational staff to park vehicles and direct traffic; liaise with security stakeholders on vehicle access to secure zones and provide vehicle access passes.
