Tender description

First Greater Western Ltd (GWR) are seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) to identify contractors who would be interested in tendering for the provision of Station Information and Security Systems (SISS) maintenance. Services include preventative, corrective, renewal and enhancements at all railway stations on the GWR Network, alongside associated activities such as contract management resources, reporting and provision of a customer help-desk. This will include, but is not limited to, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Customer Information Systems (CIS), Public Address Systems (PA) and Passenger Help Points (PHP). This will include, but is not limited to, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Customer Information Systems (CIS), Public Address Systems (PA) and Passenger Help Points (PHP). GWR-managed stations have a mixture of SISS assets, whilst over half of the stations will consist of CCTV, CIS, PA, PHP and more, some smaller stations only have PHP’s. The successful provider shall ensure these assets are maintained in line with Network Rail (NR) Standards and GWR requirements.
