Capital Installation, Servicing and Responsive Repairs of Fire Protection Equipment to properties within the Borough of Lewisham.

Lewisham Homes are looking to award to one contractor a 5 year contract (with the possibility of a 5 year extension subject to Lewisham Homes discretion) for the "Installation, Responsive Repairs and Servicing of the following Fire Protection Equipment" for all our properties in the Borough of Lewisham: - Fire Alarm Systems - Emergency Lighting - Smoke Control Systems (AOV) (Primarily for Servicing and Responsive Repairs) - Fire Fighting Equipment (Fire Extinguishers & Fire Blankets) - Portable Suppression Systems - Sprinklers (including motors and pumps) - (Primarily for Servicing and Responsive Repairs) - Dry/Wet Risers - (Primarily for Servicing and Responsive Repairs) - Electromagnetic Door Close Mechanisms As part of this contract we will require an out of hours repair service for any Emergency repairs.
