Tender description

The proposed extension to Bushypark House comprises 880m2 of social and overnight accommodation. Due to the falls across the site a split level solution is proposed, comprising a retaining wall adjacent to the garden. The new extension is linked to the existing Bushypark House at Basement and Ground Floor Levels. The scope of works also includes internal refurbishments within the existing house, a protected structure. External works comprise the construction of a new carpark, civil works associated with flood relief measures on site and the treatment of on site invasive species including the removal of infested soils to an onsite bund, to be carried out in conjunction with an appropriately qualified specialist.
