Tender description

Kent HoldCo Ltd wishes to appoint auditors for all companies within the group to provide external audit services commencing for the financial year ended 31 March 2021. As part of the audit services provided, there may be a requirement to provide information to the auditors of the ultimate group entity, Kent County Council. Technical competency Kent HoldCo is looking for an external auditor who appreciates that the companies’ ultimate parent is a local authority, Kent County Council. Kent HoldCo is looking to work with an experienced team, with agile ways of working and efficient means of collecting evidence. The auditors should have significant experience of delivering audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (UK) (ISAs (UK)) and applicable law. The auditors should also have significant experience of working in accordance with the ethical requirements that are relevant to the audit of statements in the UK, including the FRC’s Ethical Standard.
