Tender description

Provision of external audit services for Connexus Housing Ltd and its subsidiaries. The aim of this tender is to appoint a single organisation that can provide external audit services for Connexus Housing Ltd (the Parent) and its subsidiaries as follows in year one: — three asset holding registered providers; — two design and build companies; — a property company; — a ‘for profit’ maintenance company; — a ‘for profit’ maintenance and property management company; — two treasury vehicles; — and to provide external audit services for a reduced corporate structure from year two; — one asset holding registered provider; — one design and build company; — a property company; — a ‘for profit’ maintenance company; — two treasury vehicles. One annual audit and one interim audit and associated support and advice will be required for all companies, as well as attendance at Connexus’ Audit and Risk Committee and Connexus Housing Board meetings as required.
