Pre-qualification for an idea contest. Viken County, property department, invites engineering design groups to a pre-qualification for an idea contest for: 30047 - New Main Offices in Sandvika. The procurement will be made through a planning and design contest (idea contest) in accordance with the public procurement regulations, parts I and V. Prequalification for an idea contest. Viken County, Property Department, invites engineering design groups to a pre-qualification for an idea contest for: 30047 - New Main Offices in Sandvika. The procurement will be made through a planning and design contest (idea contest) in accordance with the public procurement regulations, parts I and V. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with the winner of the idea contest, c.f. the PPR Section 13-4 g). Award criteria in the planning and design contest: The winner will be selected in accordance with a total assessment where the main criteria will be main office architecture and location development architecture. The sub-criteria will be in the tender documentation. The judgement will be made on the basis of the following criteria: Location development architecture Clear architectonic idea that strengthens the town and area's identity and the development of Sandvika north with surrounding buildings, square, open spaces/streets, as well as a joint solution for traffic and foot/cycle paths based on the municipality's plan programme and Viken County's wishes. Main offices architecture High architectonic self-value with a volume development that gives a general and unifying, sober office building, fulfilment of room and function requirements, fulfilment of Breeam Nor Excellent, feasibility, the areas' flexibility/generality, economy, as well as robust building that tolerates changes, etc.
