Tender description

The economic operator shall provide a Project Manager Led Integrated Consultant Team (ICT) with the following capabilities: • project manager; • design team (architect, landscape architect, civil engineer and structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineering, principal designer, cost manager, branding consultant); • branding consultant will work in conjunction with ICT to develop a brand, wayfinding strategy and identity for the building reflective of the ethos of the project and to the satisfaction of Shared Women’s Centre, Council and other relevant stakeholders; • perform principal designer duties in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (NI) 2016; • undertake procurement exercises to collate and provide quotations for further consultant services/surveys required throughout the duration of the project for contracting authority approval; • this is a one stage contract.
