Tender description

LHC will begin the procurement process for an engineering inspection services framework in February 2021 and we welcome applications from all interested bidders and companies of all sizes. We encourage SMEs and companies with a leadership and employee model that represents the UK's diversity. We will be hosting a second webinar to seek feedback from potential bidders, and provide information and guidance to potential bidders on the public sector tendering process. The framework will provide engineering inspection services that are required under the current legislations. Current proposed work streams include: — lifting equipment (including passenger/goods lifts, stairlifts, crane); — electrical and mechanical systems; — power presses and associated machinery; — pressure plant and systems; — local exhaust ventilation, and a single workstream that combines all the workstreams. The framework will be available to public bodies nationally.
