The owner, Featherstone Ltd, has carried out roof and window repairs and has partially implemented a listed building consent to reinstate stone steps and railings on the High Street elevation. The rear ranges are most likely not curtilage listed but they do make a positive contribution of the character and appearance and thus also to the significance of the Star Hill Sun Pier conservation area.
