VAT ADVICE & DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES ON BEHALF OF CHELSEA+WEST. NHS TRUST AND NWL STP

Tender description

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to provide Bidders with sufficient information to enable them to compile a comprehensive Bid that meets the requirements for the Procurement for the provision of VAT Advice & Debt Collection Services for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (CWHNFT) & North West London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (NWL STP). CWHNFT (the lead "Contracting Authority") for the purposes of this procurement and the NWL STP ("Contracting Authorities"); all Contracting Authorities are prepared to receive tenders for a VAT Advice & Debt Collection Services, the Services are to be broken down into two specialist areas which will form separate Procurement Lots. Those specialist areas are as follows: Lot 1 - VAT Advice Service. Lot 2 - Debt Collection Service. Currently served by a variety of different Providers under individual contracts, the NWL STP is exploring how efficiencies may be gained through the joint procurement of these services, appointing a single provider for each of the Lots (1 & 2) available for the delivery of each specialism on behalf of all participating organisations. The Intention is for contracts to be awarded for commencement on 1 April 2021, as some of the NWL STP organisations hold existing contracts that will run beyond this date, these will be honoured, with each organisation joining the new collaborative contract upon expiry of existing arrangements.
