Third Party Administrator to manage liability claims, on behalf of Rutherford Indemnity Ltd and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA)

Tender description

To ensure that the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and Rutherford Indemnity Ltd (its captive insurer which insures nuclear liability risk) are prepared to operationally respond to "off-site" and transportation liability claims events, Rutherford have engaged the services of Marsh Ltd to create a Claims Management Plan ("the Plan"). The Plan is structured around an operating model consisting of three components One of the requirements of the Plan is to contract with an independent provider of third party administration and claims management services. Please note the estimated annual value is based on Peace Time. The NDA provides no guarantee of expenditure and the estimated value is indicative only
