Tender description
The Contracting Authority is seeking a Managed Service for the support and maintenance of WXCC’s LAN Infrastructure together with Professional Services as required. The Managed Service must include a break/fix service, the proactive management and maintenance of the network from a performance and capacity perspective through inventory control, software currency and backup, together with active engagement in the Fault Management process, full service restoration and vendor support where applicable.
