Clúid Housing (‘Clúid’) is a Social Housing Association, delivering homes across the Republic of Ireland. Clúid is an award winning, not-for-profit charity providing over 7 560 affordable, high quality homes to people in housing need. Clúid has experienced substantial growth, to become the largest approved housing body (AHB) in Ireland. Clúid currently utilise a mixture of best of breed applications, across hosting management, internal repairs workforce and finance solution. To inform an ongoing review of current systems in the light of a possible doubling of their housing stock in the next 5 years, Clúid would like to research the range of proven solutions, in use at larger providers. Clúid wish to engage suitably qualified organizations. in a market and integrated solution assessment. A standard questionnaire will be issued to such parties. The information gathered in this exercise will enable Clúid to determine a potential procurement route forward, most likely influenced by estimated budget costs. Some remote demos may also be arranged after this initial pre-market exercise. While it possible that a procurement will follow, note that this is not guaranteed.
