Tender description
This work will assess the likely impact of proposed national development’s lifecycle greenhouse gas (‘GHG’) emissions on achieving national emissions reduction targets. Following the introduction of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019, this work will develop and pilot a methodology for use at national level in assessing the likely impact of lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions of each proposed national development on achieving national GHG emissions reduction targets, as part of the wider SEA of NPF4.
