<p>The Council is looking to work in partnership with a Registered Social Landlord (RSL). This partner <strong>must</strong> have a proven track record of working with a local authority.</p> <p>It is essential that the collaboration was to pursue and ultimately be awarded an NHS England Capital Grant to develop a Transforming Care accommodation development.</p> <p>The RSL must have the site development and construction elements within the organisation in order to progress a successful bid. The project and collaborative agreement is dependent on the successful award of NHSE funding for this Transforming Care project.</p> Keywords: Registered Social Landlord
