Tender description

South Tees Site Company has responsibility for the High Voltage network for the whole of the Teesworks site, this network supplies several operating Companies. The High Voltage network operates at 66000 Volts and transmission around site is via oil filled cables. The oil in the cables is maintained at a pressure in order to maintain the integrity of the insulating materials within the cables. The pressure in the cables is monitored weekly, if a drop in pressure is identified then the cable is re-pressurised with new oil. Full tender documents are available upon request via the portal. All communications should be via the portal. Additional information: STSC are looking to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to re-pressurise it's High Voltage Cables on site
