Tender description
The Housing First model separates access to housing from engagement with services to address social care and support needs. Two key elements follow from this: • Service users are provided with permanent accommodation straight from the streets without the requirement to be housing ready • Service users are provided with comprehensive multi-disciplinary support services which are brought to the service user. This is not a contract advert opportunity but a prior information notice to the market. The Council intends to shorten the procurement timescales once the tender is published w/c 25/01/2021.
