Machine guns. Spares for heavy machine guns, general purpose machine guns and mortar 81 mm. Babcock Land Defence Ltd, which is acting as the agent for the for the UK Ministry of Defence known as the authority, is considering a framework agreement to provide for the supply of general purpose machine gun and 81 mm mortar spares. The duration shall be 5 years with 2 x 1-year options. All items within scope are codified to NATO Stock Numbers (NSNs). Down selected tenderers shall be invited to submit bids for CSIS compliant parts. The complaint Manufacturers Part Numbers (MPNs) are detailed on the Codification Support Information System (CSIS) maintained by the United Kingdom National Codification Bureau, further details can be found on the CSIS/UKNCB website.
