Tender description

The FCA has awarded a framework for legal services. The framework is separated into two lots: Lot 1: Public Law advice; and Lot 2: Commercial Law advice. Lot 1 comprises of the following specialisms: accountability and audit/risk, EU and International, financial services/FSMA, human rights and civil liberties, policy and process, procurement and outsourcing, payments services and systems, public law litigation/judicial review/regulatory failure investigations, competition. Lot 2 comprises of the following specialisms: corporate and commercial, corporate governance and responsibility, dispute resolution/litigation, employment/health and safety, environmental, information technology, data and cyber, intellectual property and media, pensions, real estates and facilities, tax and accounting.
