Tender description
IIOP are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Capability Development Consultant to develop and lead initiatives to support the development of the skills outlined above. We require someone with expertise in coaching, mentorship and leadership development, appropriately certified and meeting the essential requirements outlined below. It is envisaged that this individual will be contracted for a year, engaged in leading relevant projects, with a focus on building sustainability.
