Clúid Housing,("Clúid") is a Social Housing Association, delivering homes across the Republic of Ireland. Clúid is an award winning, not-for-profit charity providing over 7,560 affordable, high quality homes to people in housing need. Clúid has experienced substantial growth, to become the largest approved housing body (AHB) in Ireland. Clúid currently utilise a mixture of best of breed applications, across hosting management, internal repairs workforce and finance solution. To inform an ongoing review of current systems in the light of a possible doubling of their housing stock in the next five years, Clúid would like to research the range of proven solutions, in use at larger providers.
