Tender description
Insurance is required for residential leasehold buildings. This insurance is procured by the Council on behalf of residents. This process is also subject to leasehold consultation. The lease agreement requires the Council as freeholder to arrange building insurance to cover the re-instatement value of the leaseholder’s asset. Insurances must therefore be arranged.
