The Consumer Council requires a dedicated research study (in the form of desk based research and follow on qualitative research) of the digital landscape for consumers in Northern Ireland. This is to understand the current situation facing consumers in respect to digitalisation and following on from this gauge consumer opinions, perceptions and any positive or negative experiences of digitalisation.
