HIS require Customer Involvement Support & Facilitation Services Scrutiny provides a real opportunity to build better, more effective and more rewarding resident engagement but also to develop a new role for residents – one in which they have real power and the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge – and one that will ensure continuous improvement in service, accountability and a contribution to building social capital - the role of the scrutineer.
