This Prior Information Notice is in advance of the publication of the OJEU Contract Notice and Invitation to Tender for West Berkshire's Drug and Alcohol Behaviour Change Service. West Berkshire Council (the Commissioner) invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide the service. The Commissioner is encouraging bids for Lot 1 an integrated adults and young people drug and alcohol behaviour change service incorporating shared care, needle exchange, supervised consumption, drug prescribing.
