GB-Kettering: Pre Planned Maintenance Plate Heat Exchangers

Scope of Works To provide a service contract for the Plate Heat Exchangers around the Trust. Servicing of Units should be carried out in line with the Manufacturer's instructions The testing and examination will comprise of: a)Six Monthly Minor Service visits and an Annual Major Service of the Plates. b)Where instructed by the Trust, carrying out additional remedial work of the equipment. The Contractor is to assume that the majority of the remedial work shall be carried out outside of normal working hours if there are no duplex systems. Contract could be up to a 5 year period but this is dependent on redevelopment of the hospital site and therefore the contract may be for a shorter period Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
