Tender description

A three year contract for grounds maintenance for all Reserve establishments and Cadet establishments, covering the following areas - Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Shropshire, Hertfordshire and Worcestershire. The following criteria requirements must be met and provided when submitting a tender quote. Contractors must be part of Constructline. Public Liability Insurance. Employers Liability Insurance. Risk assessment and Method Statements for all activities including Gas - LPG sites. The following documents listed below will assist contractors in compiling their tender quote located in DCO supporting documents.. 201118-WM-FM-Grounds_Maintenance_Specification-2020. 201118-WM-FM-Grounds_ Maintenance_Schedule. 20200521-WMRFCA-Reserve Centres. 200714-WM-FM- CTC Data (cadet training centres CTC Nescliffe is not part of GM contract. three CTC's are part of GM contract. 190703-WM-SD-ACF_Locations for reference only - 201118-WM-FM-Grounds_ Maintenance_Schedule is the master list of sites. 191003-WM-SD-ATC_Locations for reference only - 201118-WM-FM-Grounds_ Maintenance_Schedule is the master list of sites. Site plans are available but these will only be available once contractor has shown interest to submit a quote plans are not scaled. It is suggested contractors complete a desk top exercise with google maps to assist in providing a quote.
