Framework Agreement for Three years for the Supply and Installation of LED Lighting Upgrades to Galway City Council’s Buildings. The initial tender competition to establish the framework is for a contract for the upgrade of lighting to LEDs at City Hall. Galway City Council occupies at least another 20 public buildings in Galway City. This framework may be used to award contracts for LED upgrades for any of these buildings through mini-tender call-off competitions. Contracts will include an Energy Performance Guarantee with Energy Performance Related Payment conditional on verification of savings.
