Supply of case note folders to University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust: The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement to set up a contract for the supply of supply of case note folders. Acute providers in the Birmingham Hospitals Alliance (BHA) have been working together to develop and harmonise a single design of case note folder. The two organisations initially involved are University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UHBNHSFT)-the largest acute provider in the country covering both the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Edgbaston and the group of three hospitals formerly Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust (Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull hospitals). In addition to these two organisations, the award of the contract provides that any other health-care organisation within the Birmingham Hospitals Alliance (which includes the Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust-BWCNHSFT- and The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust) wo Supply of case note folders to University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
