Tender description
Following the Prior Information Notice published in the OJEU on 23 September 2019 and subsequent market engagement event, Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority (the Authority), invited suitably qualified organisations to tender for the supply of two Incident Command Units, one medium and one small. This contract includes the build and on-going maintenance and support of the technical equipment. This procurement is to be abandoned. It is in the public interest to abandon this process. Current and evolving changes in the economic and organisational context including changes to HFRS’ fleet strategy, have contributed to the decision to remodel the procurement. We now intend to invite the market to tender for a new procurement that reflects our changing requirements, this approach is designed to obtain best value for the public purse.
