You are invited to submit a competitive tender for the construction of two single-storey extensions to two sides of an existing day-house in a residential caravan park at 19 Kishogue Park, Lynch’s Lane, Lucan, Co. Dublin for South Dublin County Council. In summary, the proposed extensions and reconfiguration of the existing building will create a 4-bedroom, 5-person, single-storey dwelling and will include necessary, associated ancillary works on the site. The Works include: reconfiguration of the existing Day-house’s kitchen and shower room areas to create a kitchen, utility area and W.C. The living / dining area of the existing building will also be extended. Some ancillary (mechanical, electrical, opes & making good) works to the existing building will also be required. The works include alterations to the front boundary wall and entrance gates, new hard landscaping works and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and adjacent areas. Site area: 390 sq.m. / 0.095 acres / 0.038 hectares Existing floor plan, internal area: 48.15 sq.m. Proposed floor plan of the day-house and extensions, internal area: 136.20 sq.m. The day-house will not be occupied during the course of the works. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the drawings and documentation attached.
