Estates Professional Services Call-off Contract for Purchase and Valuation Reports in Relation to Agricultural Land in North Herefordshire

<p>Herefordshire Council wishes to procure a call-off contract for valuation advice in relation to the acquisition of up to eight sites within the county. The land interests to be valued are required for the creation of wetland habitats with the primary purpose to sequestrate phosphates from Welsh Water sewage treatment plants so as to reduce pollution entering the River Wye catchment. The exact number of sites and land requirements will be dependent on final design but for the purposes of this instruction it should be assumed that the area of land required for each site may vary between 1 to 10 acres. Current land uses are likely to be agricultural, woodland or general amenity land. Sites are likely to be rural in nature with close proximity to water-courses and sewage treatment plants; it is anticipated that they will have limited development potential.
