Tender description

Thames Valley Police as the authority intends to put in place a collaborative agreement for the provision of eDisclosure, eForensic and associated services and/or eDisclosure software to be utilised by Thames Valley Police and Hampshire Constabulary. We are looking for expressions of interest from suppliers who may be interested in this agreement. The lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement. Thames Valley Police (TVP) are designing this agreement to enable TVP and Hampshire Constabulary (HC) to easily access eDisclosure, eForensics, Software and associated services, including reviewers. The services required are based upon the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). This prior information notice is to signal an intention to commence market engagement with those within the eDisclosure, eForencis, services market and/or suppliers that provide an eDisclosure software solution. TVP would like to hold market engagement sessions with suppliers interested in potentially bidding for the resulting framework contract. TVP may host a supplier engagement session or one to one supplier discussions to support the development of this framework. If you are interested in attending a supplier engagement session and/or one to one supplier discussion please express your interest by emailing alison.jerred@thamesvalley.pnn.police.uk no later than midday on Monday 14 December 2020. Further details will be provided to you after your registration. Your email must clearly state: the name of your organisation, company size (e.g. if an SME), and contact details for the individual(s) who will participating in the supplier engagement. TVP will use an eSourcing system for this competition. The eSourcing system we will use is https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=UK Please be advised that in preparation to participate in this competition for this framework that: The Cyber essentials scheme is mandatory for central government contracts which involve handling personal information and providing certain ICT products and services. TVP require all successful suppliers to be vetted to NPPV Level 3.
