Tender description
A multi discipline professional services team (who will fulfil the role of ‘Principal Designer’) is required to deliver comprehensive surveys, proposals and reports to provide external wall insulation (EWI) to 43 no. dwellings at West Aluminium Bungalows. The Principal Designer will use these reports to provide detailed design solutions and cost estimates to deliver the scheme objectives, to prepare contract documentation and to contract manage a construction contract through to end of the defects correction period .
