The Council has appointed a Construction Framework Delivery and Management Partner under a concession contract contract (Concessions Contracts Regulations 2016) for a five year term, to work in partnership with the Council as the Contracting Authority to procure, let and manage a construction works ‘framework’ as defined by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 which may be accessed by north west public sector procurers.
