Tender description

The contracting authority requires an employee assistance programme to be made available to all participants in the Irish horse racing and breeding industry as well as to the contracting authorities full-time and casual staff. The programme will be referred to as the Industry Assistance Programme (IAP) for participants in the Irish horse racing and breeding industry and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for the full-time and casual staff of the contracting authority and will be offered to all eligible industry employees and their immediate family members. HRI will determine eligibility for participation in the programme. The requirement will be split into two lots: Lot 1: Industry Assistance Programme (IAP); Lot 2: Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
