<p>Lancaster City Council is seeking costed proposals and methodologies from suitably experienced consultants to undertake viability appraisals and assessments which will inform and provide evidence in support of the following documents: Climate Emergency Review of the Local Plan (CERLP) &ndash; to consider the potential for and advise on a viable range of additional sustainable design requirements arising from the CERLP and the potential for the introduction of CIL. Lancaster South Area Action Plan (LSAAP) &ndash; to support the production of a viable range of policies in the emerging LSAAP and the introduction of CIL to support the infrastructure necessary for the delivery of Bailrigg Garden Village.</p> Keywords: Viability Assessment
