Tender description
The University of Birmingham (‘the University’) would like to procure a managed building cleaning service for their off-campus site located at the Exchange at 3 Centenary Square in Birmingham's city centre. The University of Birmingham’s is looking to contract cleaning services in the Exchange, 3 Centenary Square, Birmingham. The contractor is to clean the inside of the Exchange building, the external ramp and step areas, and any other areas nominated in Appendices A to E within the tender documentation. Full details of the cleaning requirements can be found within the scope of works Appendix M and cleaning specification Appendix N documents.
