CDE Software System

Tender description

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of a Common Data Environment (CDE) Software System. The license for the chosen CDE System/platform will be held by the City of London and will be managed initially by the City’s appointed Project Management Team (Avison Young) between late December 2020 and June 2022. Upon the appointment of the Main Works Contractor in July 2022, the Licence and platform will then be adopted by the appointed of the Main Works Contractor and therefore full responsibility of the CDE System and payments of the CDE System will be made by the Main Works Contractor. The estimated contract value for the CDE System between December 2020 and June 2022 which will be managed by the City of London’s appointed Project Management Team is £140,000.
