Tender description

Medway Council wish to appoint a professional and experienced contractor for the upgrade works to the A289 between Four Elms Roundabout and the Medway Tunnel. These works are located at the Anthony's Way Roundabout and include the construction of a new segregated left turn lane at the existing roundabout. This includes new drainage, a retaining wall, utility diversions, a signal-controlled pedestrian crossing, pavements, traffic signs and road marking along with new street lighting. Contract will run for 6 months from April - Sept 2021.
