Tender description

The Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership has decided to recommission the delivery of care and support services at home for adults and has adopted a locality based, outcomes-focused contract to achieve the following aims: - To meet individual and system wide outcomes, including the aims of the strategic plan - To ensure market stability - To deliver care and support efficiently and effectively, including through the utilisation of digitalisation and technology assisted care - To ensure delivery is aligned to the medium and longer term financial plan This tender is live and is on PCS-T (project 15956). Changes have been made to the timetable, the tender overview (including award criteria) and the budgets (new values reflected in this revised notice).
