The Management & Promotion of Stockport Town Centre managed Sites

<p>The Council is carrying out a procurement exercise to appoint a Management Company to promote and manage all seven &lsquo;managed sites&rsquo; in the town centre and maximise income from the sites. The new contract arrangements will help to deliver the Council&rsquo;s vision for the town centre which is to provide a high quality retail and leisure offer which matches the current and future needs of retailers, visitors, and customers and creating an attractive and adaptable environment which encourages users to spend time and enjoy the variety of experiences that Merseyway and the town centre as a whole can offer. There will also be opportunities for the &lsquo;managed sites&rsquo; to support screenings or campaigns shown on the two new large digital screens which are being installed in Merseyway and Redrock.</p> Keywords: Event Services , Management Company, Promotion, Managed Sites
