The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) wishes to award a contract for the administration and support of its software application(s) on the ServiceNow platform. The scope of the work includes maintaining and, when requested, enhancing the current software and/or the visual presentation of the application. It also includes the ongoing support of the functionality and interface between the online portal and the ServiceNow application and platform.
