Tender description
Sale of Land & Associated Works (All Weather Sports Pitch). As advertised, the award was subject to external involvement of the Department for Education, who have imposed non-material changes to the contract. The Council has obtained approval to proceed in accordance with the proposed changes. The Council will now be disposing of the site under a long lease; the use of the site by the adjoining school will now be under a shared use agreement. The dates stated are a best estimate as the disposal remains subject to obtaining the formal consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Education.
