The project involves the refurbishment of an existing dwelling into two independent dwelling's. Some of the changes to the building included but not limited too are as follows: •Ramped access at two entry and exit points to the property •Replacing existing internal doors and installing fire rated doors, •Levelling the floor of new kitchen/dining/living room •Provision of a suitable fire alarm system •General upgrading of insulation to the property •Build timber frame extension to rear of dwelling
