This is for one eCigarette vending machine capacity 500 eCigarettes to be installed and replenished once a week for a contract term of three years. The revenue from the machine will go to the supplier. They would like it to have 3 flavour options (menthol, blueberry and tobacco which can be flexed according to usage) These should have a strength of 18mcg/ml and should produce vapour to simulate cigarette smoke, but not volumes of smoke which can impair visibility that some vaping units cause.
