Tender description
Leicester City Council invites tenders for the provision of buildings insurance for leasehold properties. The proposed contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further 2 years. We anticipate awarding to a single supplier. Leicester City Council requires buildings insurance for leasehold ex-Council properties which is arranged by the Council and recharged to leaseholders. The supplier will provide a comprehensive package of insurance and claims service to leaseholders.
